Tereza Horská (10.8.1978)
Tereza Horská was born on August 10, 1978 in Prague. She has been involved in film production since 1997. In 1998 she started to cooperate with Czech TV on several projects, mostly documentary ones. She graduated from FAMU in 2004, specializing in film production. During her studies she participated in the creation of many student films, collaborated with the students of the directing and documentary department. Every year she co-organized FAMU Fest, in 2000 as its programme director. In 2002 - 2009 she participated in the organization of International Documentary Film Festival in Jihlava, when she was working for its co-organizer, Institute of Documentary Film, as a head of production of all its activities. During that time she also worked as a production manager on several feature-length documentaries (e.g. The Violin Knight, directed by Pavel Marek (2004), To Whom Does Architecture Belong, directed by Martin Marecek (2005)). Since 2009, she has been working as an executive producer in Hypermarket Film on all its. Since 2009, she has been teaching at FAMU at the department of production and documentary filmmaking.
